SPECIAL PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Franchiser from time to time may support special events, requiring temporary structures or mobile units, that take place in exclusive territories of franchisees. Special promotions, sales, discounts and the like will be offered at such events effecting the franchisees unit, franchisees will receive notice of events at least [days, weeks of notice] prior to event and may choose not to participate by responding in writing by after receipt of notice.
